If you think we should get out of Iraq now, you are ignorant. If we left now, not only would Iraq soon degenerate into chaos, but soon after that, it is likely that one terrorist organization or another would take control of the government, as it is too weak to police itself at the moment. Not only that, if you think the rest of the world doesn't like us now, think about how bad it would be if we ditched Iraq like that because it was getting a little hard... You can't do that. Iraq needs the US to be there. If you think we should leave, you are a fool. The Democrats are wrong on this one, and like always, they are whistling to the tune of whatever song the public is likely to want to hear. I don't agree with why we went there in the first place, but to leave now would be disastrous. A timetable is also a bad idea... it would give the resistance too much information as to what we are thinking. The best thing that we can do is being done; steadfastly resolving to 'get the job done' is all that is needed.

Well, the US Army really can't decide that unilaterally- the President and Congress have to decide that before the US Army can get out. But, in response to your question, I think that there should be a definite time table for exit. People work best when they have a deadline. Iraq will do better and the US will do better. Then, the US should leave and make sure that things don't get unnecessarily unruly and provide assistance if necessary, BUT only if the Iraqi government wants it.

I would like to ask that if you are going to post a question, use proper English and grammar so it makes sense? Also, there is a little box that says Check Spelling. If you sound illiterate and stupid when you ask a question, the people that agree with the twist you are trying to lay on appear as stupid as you do.

The Army is not minding anyone's business, your congressional representatives are the ones keeping the Army there. They voted to attack, and they are the ones that must accept the responsibility for us being there. Any person that understands the workings of our government knows that the President did not send us to Iraq, Congress did. The President asked Congress to send us there, they approved and are continuously voting to leave us over there. Including Hillary Clinton.

As far as you people that believe the war is based on oil and President Bush and friends getting rich off the oil, how can this fiscally happen? Bush and Co are AMERICAN oil producers. To make a profit, they must sell AMERICAN oil, and reduce the incoming foreign oil. So if Bush and Co bring in FOREIGN oil, that lowers the cost per barrel of AMERICAN oil, therefore cutting the AMERICAN oil producers' profits. Please explain your beliefs that he will profit from this action.

We SHOULD NOT get out of Iraq now. It is too late! We are already too involved now. What's the worst could happen? We are already have spent billions of dollars on this war, we already have killed thousands of innocent people, including 2,524 of our brave soldiers, we already have destroyed Iraq, many Arabs and Europeans hate us now, we already screwed up our shaky economy and finally we are breeding now as we speak more terrorists and making our country less safer. We invaded Iraq just to liberate this country from Saddam and make it a democratic nation? Well, I have flash news for all Americans (my people), including Bush that it is not a good idea to put our faith in any country that will turn against us and eventually will support the Islamic Fundamentalists in the Middle East. Iraq is a Muslim country and for your information, Islam and democracy can not go together...never ever can happen. In this case, let us then change the Saudi, Egyptian, Syrian, Kuwaiti, Libyan, Jordanian, Pakistani Regimes to democracy. Is this possible? Think about it please.

When you see a baby in the street, fingering the catch of a hand grenade, do you run towards it or away? Let someone else deal with it? I'm not American but i get fed up with those who condem the usa. They may not always get it right but they don't target Texas. Most countries are to frightened to get invoved with terrorist countries, but when the terrorists let off the first nuclear bomb, they will all be rushing to the USA for help. Races that firmly believe in life being better, after murdering a none believer, will press that button, and without a single emotion. Their Mullas brain wash them from a young age, say 3 or 3, they are certain of life after death. United world against terror, that's what's needed. Stop leaving all the dirty work to the US and UK.

The American military has a job to do (which it is doing remarkably well) and will continue to do until ordered to do otherwise. It would be truly a shame if we were to pull out at this point after all that has been accomplished only to allow it to fall apart because of ignorant politicians and radical left pressure.
