The largest landmass entirely within the Pacific Ocean is the island of New Guinea— the second largest island in the world. the first is greenland . it is supposed to be australia but it is treated as a continent first .so greenland comes first followed by new guinea and the island is very large.

The Northwestern Hawaiian Islands I believe are the second largest in the world. Not sure though.
