Just tell him that you like him as a friend but nothing more. Tell him he needs to look elsewhere if he wants a romantic relationship. Be honest.

DO NOT LEAD HIM ALONG!!!! with that aside, just tell him, he'll appreciate it b/c it will probably hurt (being rejected) but not as much as leading him along and then telling him, tell him carefully though, think about how you would like it done to you if someone did

Just be nice to him. Unless he ask you out or to be his special girl friend. You have to tell him politely that you do not have any feelings for him and you are not the right girl for him.

im usually that guy so sorry, i cant help....good luck but be nice whatever you do...i once had a girl tell me i was "such a scum" when i was very young and ,lol it still bothers me alittle many years after so mabey tell your freinds who you do like and they will filter that to the one you dont like....good luck

Tell them you don't like him that way, trust me, I have someone at work that keeps bugging me, and I just want to tell him to go *$#% himself but I just cant. I wish I had told him years ago......

you can either tell him:
1) he's nice but you're not looking to date right now
2) if your friends with him, tell him you're not willing to risk friendship for a relationship.
