I will live through the next 12 hours
and not try to tackle all of life's problems at once.
I will improve my mind. I will learn something useful.
I will learn something that requires effort, thought, and concentration.
I will be agreeable. I will look my best,
speak in well-modulated voice, be courteous and considerate.
I will not find fault with friend, relative or colleague.
I will not try to change or improve anyone other than myself.
I will have a program. I might not follow it exactly, but I will have it.
I will save myself from two enemies, hurry and indecision.
I will do a good deed and keep it secret.
If anyone finds out, it won't count.
I will do two things I don't want to do, just for exercise.
I will believe in myself. I will give my best to the world
and feel confident that the world will give its best to me.
Just remember, no matter how small the deed
it really does makes a difference.
Make a difference today.
Do something nice for someone else,

What is most interesting about life is not knowing what comes next, always searching for the silver lining on that dark stormy cloud.I don't think about the end , I live day to day. Everyday I wake up is a good day. Make the most out of what you have. Most important : Be happy that you're alive don't question it.... Miss Molly

It's only interesting when you know how to pursuit it. For me, I'm a Christian and I hope to do this in my life.
The Bible says in Mathew 28:18-20, "And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching the m to observe all that I commanded you;and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
And yes, I'm content with what I have now :O)

we have the internet in life and other forms of entertainment and people like to live and learn. some people actually have a positive outlook on life, like me! :) also, i think striving to survive is partially, if not completely, instinctive, too.
btw, "afend" is spelled offend, not to be a "know-it-all", but just so you know.

very good question! I just read something the other day that made me rethink my goals. Most people ignore their health to make money and end up spending that money to get healthy again. I am currently considering keeping my 40 hr. a week job and quitting my 20 hr./wk job. The stress of a 60 hour work week is begining to take a big toil on me. I am glad you asked your question, it only reinforces my decison about working so much. Thanks!

Because it's better than the alternative. Human beings, by nature, are curious and like to explore. That hasn't changed over time. We basically do what we can simply because we can.

Humans are survivors, that is our trait. Embrace life as best as possible, but do not fear death. Don't try to kill yourself wither, thats just bad.

we are here on earth to get a body, and will return to live with our father in heaven, after we die.
