if you mean the stuff that makes you vomit they took it off the shelves in drug stores. too many anorexic's were abusing it so they could stay paper thin

Syrup of Ipecac is available at almost any drugstore.

If you mean ipecac syrup, which is used to induce vomiting, any pharmacy will have it.

I'm not sure where you can get it. But, if you don't already know, it is not recommended anymore to give after a poisoning.
