I think it's better than normal, Dear. I think it's very responsible and mature of you. Don't have sex until you're ready to. Don't let anyone convince you that losing your virginity will positively affect your status. Ultimately, nobody knows but you and whoever you decide to tell and anybody who judges you based upon that is a moron anyway.

depending how old you are. Trust me it can wait until God send the right person along, don't get in a hurry for this, it's something to be proud of to know that you waited for that special somebody. you're waited this long.
