I think God created man and He's inmpressed with all He's made as He watches the skills of the soccer players on the field. I don't find this insulting and there is nothing better for God to do than for him to delight in His creation.

It is nice for him to sit contentedly and watch out at the reactions of the players and the spectators at the programme he had devised long back!

He's probably wondering how come Portugal and the Netherlands had such a problem playing nice and sportsmanshiplike and if a well-placed thunderbolt would've gotten the message across better than a flood of yellow and red cards.

he loves all of us the same- if some of those players are saved then yes i think he would enjoy watching his children play
