He punishes you for not listening to him....not thanking him...like for eternity allegedly.

Rewards you for brown-nosing...kills people/destroys places on whim...everything is HIS will and his subjects fear to question his word. People are killed in his name and he does nothing.

No offence...just curious ...the "democracy" and "in god we trust" just don't seem to gel...in most "democratic" countries...:)

God, for me, is a bit disturbed and can't handle His liquor. His business skills with His employees and ex-employees needs some work. He has trouble planning out simple details that most other managers would've fixed from the start. He is a bit of an ego, but then again so does His disgruntled ex-employee He had to let go. Sometimes I think He's a tad paranoid and more than a little heavy-handed in His irony. I wouldn't say He's the ultimate dictator, but I think He's more an artist than a straight authority figure.

uh yea! God is the ultimate dictator but things dont work the way you are describing it. There are somethings done and caused by men and who is to blame? God There are some things caused by our own works and hands. Yea, there is God there is Satan as well. God doesnt kill and destroy innocent people u bloke! God doesnt punish u for not listening to him, he doesnt force people to do anything, if he does we will all be christians right now. He gives everyone a choice to do what we choose, but later on will reward us for them all.
Well Yes God is THE ultimate dictator AND he doesnt work the way you put it, u r describing a parent or teacher or something, not God. please dont underestimate him

And dont forget, I need ten points, sorry if I'm too blunt make mine the best answer.

a kingdom isn't a democracy, its a monarchy. Kings rules.
You have free will. If you choose to live your life without Him and His rules, so be it. Your choice afterlife destination: Hell. If you desire to spend your meager time on earth without Him here, it won't be a problem for eternity.
To enter into my house, you better entertain MY rules. If you don't like it, no entre.
God has rules. It is clear you never intended to understand the Bible and why God created these rules for now.

Oh yeah, America was destined to be a republic, not a democracy.

Yes, you're right about God being the ultimate dictator, and why not? People go around acting like God has to conform to what they think is right and wrong and like He owes them something.

But He's the one who gave us life and breath and food and every other thing we need to survive. Without his gracious gifts to us we would all be dead and doomed. It amazes me when people try to judge God by human standards as if he were running for office or something.

He created everything, therefore He owns everything and it's His to do with as He pleases. Every person ought to be extremely grateful that He not only provides for our every day needs, He loves us so much that despite our grumbling and complaining and rebelliousness He sent his only begotten Son to die on our behalf.

What kind of human dictator would be that good to people like us?

No. God is the is the opposite.

He gives us everything. We have power. We deciede how we will live, what we will believe and what motivates us.

Seek and ye shall find. Want to blame God? He will let you. Want to hurt someone else? He will let you. But believe me, as surely as there are super rich billionaires, there are people who, walking in the love and light of God, cannot be touched, hurt, are even inconvienenced.

Agree with Gods word, and you can experience real power. Doubt (similiar to voting NO) and you will not experience it. Thats democracy.

Good Luck.

asuming ud like to challenge god on this , havent u ever read the part in the bible where god says i hung the stars in the sky ,and the moon, were you there? in other words u dont question god and why he does things the way he does them. god does everything he does for important reasons . now u can question him forever on why ppl die and why theres all this bad stuff going on but in the end god is in controll of everything , nothing happens without god allowing it . so yes it is in god we trust and if you dont like it , then for crying out loud take it up with him and you might have an additude ajustment awful fast

God is stuck on Himself and He has every stinking right to be! He can create or destroy with just a word. You are still walking around. My houseplant hasn't died yet, which is a miracle unto itself. Heck yeah, He runs the place. I'd rather be under His wing than any others.

Sounds like you do believe in him but don't care for him much.

A dictator.......No
We have free will
But you seem to be blaming everything on Him. Aren't people the ones that decided to be bad. Have you noticed that those same brown nosers usually get kicked in the end?
No offense taken.
Some people are just naturally whiney, blaming everything they don't like or can't control on someone other than themselves.
GOD is just the "Whiney Worlds" biggest scapegoat.

No. Things that happen here on earth are a direct result of the choices we make using our free will. God set us here, it is our responsibility to make sure things come out well. We are rewarded or punished on Judgement Day. Your problems here are of your own making.

Well, i wouldn't consider God a dictator. He does not tell you tha tyou have to believe in him, he does not force you to read the bible, you can do whatever you wnt wih your life, all he is asking is to be good in life and mayeb stop by church once in a while to say hi. he does notforce anything upon you. no one really knows if there is a heaven or hell, its all just in what you believe in. if you choose to believe in god then you belive in him, if not then oh well. thik about it, do you believe in god? is your life pretty good? well then whats the punishment? you know your life is good, and the great punishment would be a horrible life without ones who love you or care for you. so there for, i do not think he is a dictator.
