They don't seem to get along with the new young male .

i don't have another cage to put them in together nor another room.
they have a 4' x 4' flight cage so the young one can fly around but the others either just peck at him or totally leave him alone or they hog the food bowls so the young one can't eat .

Although, Im far from a parakeet student, and i understand the every suggestion of two cages above, as a human being i have a certain amount of faith in the first answer to your question, simply put em both in a new environment together, and their personalities and insecurities will be on equal ground.

It's perfectly fine, it's the same with me. I bought another very young parakeet and in the beginning it would not get along, but slowly after months, I've seen change. The thing is to just keep an eye on it and make sure the older ones do not harm the young. Because this can cause problems, young ones do fight a lot but as they grow they slowly adapt to others and become friends. So it's fine, give them some time and make sure no harm comes to any of them.

You need to get another cage, this is a must. When you get the cage put new bird in it and set cage right next the other cage and let them get used to each other. Then you can put bird in main cage. If this does not work, then maybe put a bird that doesn't try to fight with new bird in cage with other bird. Sometimes this works. Get a cage! Go to second hand stores or yard sales. You could get a cage for about nothing. But cage is a must for this to work. Good luck!

My suggestion is to introduce them on neutral grounds, such as a room that none of them has ever been in before, so the older parakeets don't feel like their territory is being infringed on. If the initial introduction goes well, move them in!

usually the older ones will pick on them unless it was raised with them. i had to keep mine in seperate cages. i couldnt even let them out at the same time because the older bird would go right over and attack him. i even kept them on opposite sides of the room. she was a devil bird though. she was wicked. the meanest little bird i ever met lol and i had alot of them.

if you get one then you put it in a cage next to it and do that for a week, then when you think it is ready, put them in the same cage
