Drunk people ramble on & on sometimes, and then usually have no idea what was said the next day, so I wouldnt put too much $$$$$$$ on that theory!!!!

I'd change the wording and say that a "drunk mind is an HONEST mind."

ummm? i dont know what it means.. but i'd guess that it means that altough the mind is drunk.. it thinks its fine, and that it can perform all tasks to its full normal capacity.
