Well, first, you simply like that kind of woman. It's relay not so different then liking short women or tall women or whatever.
Second, mature women 'know what they want', so you get a bit less whiny girl-drama.
Third, a mature woman is set in life. You don't have to put up with the 8 hours of school plus 6 hours of study and 2 hours of reading. Mature women have free time, they get off work and want to have fun and relax.
Fourth, mature women are a bit more attentive to a guy. They are not all 'me', they are givers.
Fifth, younger women are immature. Simple.
