ive looked every where and i can only find black orange and purple.

Sally beauty supply carries any color you can imagine, in permanent and semi-permanent ( wash out ) ..
they are online too, look them up to find a location near you..

Two words: Manic Panic
They carry all sorts of odd hair dyes. And yes, they have blue.
If you can find this stuff in stores, good for you, but so far the best thing would be to best it online.
Another way to get blue hair dye is to ask a hair stylist, they usually can go to these shops where only people with their hair dressers license can shop. My friends mother is a hair dresser and she knows where to find any color of the rainbow.

Ok, why do you need a blue hair dye? I hope you're planning on using it on your pet or for special ocassion... sorry I don't mean to be rude but have you seen girls with purple/red/orange/yellow (not blonde, yellow) hair? It's just not very attractive... unless you're in showbiz maybe...

Even blue jello eill work. Try Manic Panic, which is available at Strawberries Record stores too. As a last resort, (NOT!), try a professional!

Sallie (sally?) beauty supply has it where i live....i'm naturally blonde and when it faded a bit, my hair had an odd grey-ish tinge....and at some point of course, a greenish tinge....
Can also try Hot Topic and ebay.

I've used blue food coloring before -- it's cheap and only lasts about a day or two. You can get that at any supermarket.

just buy some kool aid and put just enough HOT water to dissolve the crystals and dont make it too thin! thick is important in doing this!lol
