If you are asking how to get a clean urine sample for laboratory test..

1. Get the mid stream urine. First thing in the morning when you woke up, go directly to the rest room with a clean urine sample container. Take your pajamas down and take a pee. On the mid stream of your pee, get a sample of your urine. Urine is considered sterile unless contaminated by bacterias of urinary tract infection and STD. (appropriate for males only)
For females... same procedure but they need to do perineal hygiene before collecting the urine specimen.

2. Catheterization. In some cases obtaining of clean urine sample through the above procedure is not possible (eg. Urinary tract obstruction such as BPH or Benign Prostatic hyperplasia).
Only Doctors and Nurses can do the procedure.

3. Suprapubic Tap/ Suprapubic Catheterization. This procedure is invasive and usually done with consent of the patient. Suprapubic Tap/ catheterization is aspiration or insertion of catheter to suprapubic area going directly to the urinary bladder bypassing the urethra.
