I feel your pain but I urge you to stand tall and put a smile on your face.Do not let others see your sweat. You know you are in the bad situation and prepare yourself to be happy and healthy.I aways walk away from the unproductive people and I will not stand there and let them give me any inch of ugly behavior toward me or using words to intimidate me.I see them as some objects and no value.Whenever,I meet this type of people I will fly away so fast and no feeling toward them.I pay more attention on my look and my performance. So I keep my life busy and I refuse to hang around them.If I do not take a class, then I have my mind with sport or concert. There is no way I will fall for this type of people.Believe me you need to be strong, and then you will be free from these unwanted human beings who should not be born.Good luck my friend and come back to tell about.........

Pray. Seriously. There are many things and people that I have in my past that I have bitter feelings toward. A friend of mine pointed me in the direction of the Bible and some passages that made me feel better. Now those things don't bother me. I even forgave my soon to be ex-husband for lying and cheating. I'm not even upset with him anymore. It happened and I really don't care anymore. Once the divorce is final, I will bid him farewell and move on with my life.

It is distracting to feel bitterness and have it returned by the same person you feel this way about. However, it is so very unhealthy to continue to validate this negative feeling in yourself, so let go of the bitterness and truly move on. How the other person deals with their feelings is their issue not yours.

Often it is very difficult, but not impossible. Picture a child having the same feelings, you can discount them because you are dealing with a child. You understand what it is like to be a child and you can account for the lack of experience they have. In other words, it's all a matter latitude. It's not easy, but it is possible. Now the question is whether you're willing to make the investment to change your attitude. And whether you have the emotional discipline to carry it through. Believe me I struggle with this too. I'm going to get another shot at it today.

Focus on the good qualities of the person. I am sure that if you know this person you were at one point friends and if that is the case then there were certain things that you liked at one time about this person. Remember an old saying: It takes more effort to hate then to like and the ONLY person who feels that hate and is bothered by it is YOU! So if you focus on the GOOD things in this person you will walk away a better person and certainly a much happier person because you will not be angry!

The resolution is to modify things...open the door to get rid of the bitterness. If you continue so must they. But a bit of clever thought might be the way to smooth out the problem. It is true that some people can be stubborn and resist you but most will crumble if the way is cleared.

Its ALWAYS easier said than done, but if you are going to be around these individuals a lot, then you'll get enough practice to the point in which you'll master being in a situation like that. Its all about perception. If you percieve this being that kind of situation (A bitter enviornment) then thats what it will be. But if you change your perception, and adapt to your enviornment, then it wont seem so bad. To give you a clue as to how to handle it, think of an actress whom you admire. Think of someone classy that gets along with everybody no matter what situation/role she plays and be that individual. I'm not gay or anything, but I admire Tom Cruise. That dude is too cool!!! Mr class act no matter where he is. Even when he got that water squirted in his face while overseas, he was still calm cool and collected. When in a bad enviornment, if you percieve yourself as someone who handles themself in a classy, not gonna let your viewpoint get to me, kind of way, then you'll come out on top everytime.

Kill them with kindness, all ways smile big. There are alot of people out there that are so full of bitterness, and that only leads to negativity. Your better than that. Live your life in peace and harmony. If they want to still be bitter, well let them. You can only control your emotions. You can choose to be happy.

Life is too short to live with a heart filled with hate or bitterness. When you meet your God and go over your live the last thing you want to see is petty emotions and wasted energies.

Dont ruin your day. Smile as if the world is yours. Dont let them affect you. In the first place, there are a lot of better things to think of. There's a lot of people suffering in this world and I think we need to pay attention on more important things that would make our life meaningful.
