At that age, your body starts to slow down a little, and you can't do everything you could when you were 18. That's not to say that you can't still do a lot, though. Some of the best professional athletes are in their 30s. As long as you're in good shape and are familiar with martial arts training anyway, then there's no reason why you can't do it. You just may have to work a little harder at it than the teenagers who are at the prime age to pick this stuff up. I'm trying to learn some of it and I'm doing it, but it's taking a lot of practice.

Yes, you can learn that fairly quickly if you are serious.
Its not much harder than the 360.. im workin on a 720... its not much harder than the 540, but alot harder than the 360. Its all relative. You get out what you put in. Its only a myth you have to start as a kid to be good. It just helps... ALOT.

Yes, you can learn to do extreme kicks, but you will have to work hard and stretch regularly.

Take a look at the book Stretching Scientifically by Thomas Kurz and the DVD Secrets of Stretching by Thomas Kurz. You can find these at www.stadion.com. Also, take a look at Ultimate Flexibility for the Martial Arts by Sang Kim and Martial Arts after 40 by Sang Kim. Look on www.amazon.com for these.

Hope things go well for you!

imagine about it, you're not any more a baby nor are you with a baby so if there turned right into a baby to go back in the library he maximum absolutely does no longer be 'secure' in the eyes of librarians and protection guards understanding he become sitting with an adult. now and again, like myself at the same time as i become youthful going to the youngsters' section become the worst because there become continually a lonely adult there so i'd ask your self around the widely used public library, an section that's meant to be a secure-zone for little ones and sit down in the dirty adult section, which lacks protection and convenience. it really is in uncomplicated phrases for secrity motives. note how protection guards are regularly sitting or roaming about in the youngsters' section?

First I might ask why do you need such kicks.
If you are in street fighting you need more than such kicks you need to understand what it takes in the street.
Your martial art instructor may help you but you are the only one who knows your heart and weaknesses.
I teach my students to watch your moves with someone your facing with more experience than you. practice with him spinning is fine in kicking, but don't over do it, save your energy let your opponent use up his by flowing with his moves circular moves will help.
Become a revolving door. remember the triangle, circle, and square, taught by the founder of Aikido, Mr Morihei Ueshiba,
Your never to old to learn 33 is excellent if you are already in the arts. Remember the three "P's PRACTICE< PRACTICE< PRACTICE. May you have success.

53 yrs in the art of Aikibujutsu.

Have you been training long?
I am sure you can do it if you train regularly. I could do 1000 spin kicks (500 each leg) in my late 30s... so you can do it too!

hhmmm...personaly based on experience if you haven't got any background in martial arts it will be very hard since at that age our body is not stretchable and lighweight anymore. it is more possible if you have started when you where young.
