As America doesn't HAVE an official language, and even the remnants of the native Americans all seem to speak English, it's safe to say that every single American speaks at least ONE foreign language..!! Usually English!
... but perhaps YOU have forgotten to include English in your list of 'foreign' languages...??!

I'm guessing it's very very small, compared with other industrialized nations. Our relative geographic isolation combines with the fact that our "native" language is also the language of international communication anyway and has produced the most monolingual population on the planet.

english came from england...so 100% us citizens speak foreign languages(english, asian languages,latino languages,european languages....)

not that many since our schools are so poor, at least the pulic ones. probably like 45% if you are talking about speaking fluidly...more if just a little is spoken.
