my friend said last night he got high off of dog food..........now i dont really wanna know wat he did with the food but is it possible to get high off dog food n wouldnt the dogs be high all the time i just think hes crazy

not even processing to the basic chemiclas found in dog food.....nor cat food, not even in the common food you can find in a regular supermarket....
some herbs and plants can do that...but only processed by someone who knows what is doing..and your friend oooobviously doesn't know what he is doing
