No, it is still in Beta. The official commercial version of Vista is scheduled to be released in Jan of 2007. Though, there have been rumours of a delay past that date. We shall see.

Beta version has been released for developers and testing. But the "real" version has not come out yet. Recommend that unless you are very good with computers, you want to wait for the real version. Betas have bugs. That's why they are beta versions and not the final release.

Nope. It's been delayed a few time most recently about a couple of months back. There are a few beta test versions out though which curious people with spare machines test out for "fun" :)
