actually i got pregnant when my daughter was a little over a month old/ i went in to my dr's to get things ready for my tubual and they thought it was a tumor but no tumor it was my now 2 yr old daughter. I have a 13 yr old son, 9 yr old daughter and a 3 yr old daughter. when i found out i was pregnant again my now 3 yr old was still in her carrier they are only 11 mths apart.. that was a hard thing to go thru mentally especially. but i wouldn't have it any other way now.. they are great girls and just like twins more or less.

Wait a while after having your baby before going through with
getting your tubes tied. However wouldn't it be easier for you to
ask your husband to get a vasectomy. I assume you are married.
If I'm wrong then disregard the last two sentences.

The 4 month old at home can't be your child if you are 20 weeks pregnant. 20 weeks is about 5 months. You can't be 5 months pregnant, and have delivered 4 months ago. Is this someone Else's child? Is it a pet? or are you really NOT 20 weeks pregnant?

Is this a serious question? If so, I don't believe the Dr. will do a tubal ligation while you are pregnant, I'm sure you will have to wait until weeks after you deliver. (But check with your Dr. to be sure).

I know you're not saying that you ARE pregnant,or that you actually HAVE a 4 month old, or that you actually ARE going to have a tubal ligation -- you're just posing hypothetical questions -- but if you really were in this position -- I think You'd feel confused and overwhelmed.

You know everyone has their opinions, but it's what you think you can do. I am an early quitter. After two children at the age of 23, I decided to get a tubal done. Not where you get your tubes tied, but where they are cut and burned at two different ends. Anyways I decided when I was still pregnant with my second around 5 months along and never changed my mind. I thought it all the way around like "can I afford their college, do I want to take vacations with babies?" I wanted to give each of my children what I thought I can do for each one. I grew up in a not so weathly family of 9. I don't want my kids to go through that even though I will never regret it. You know what is best, and can handle. Remember sometimes things are permanent. I always want another baby, but I want to make sure he/she will be the best of me.

I was 9 weeks pregnant with a 7 month old at home. 8 years later, I feel it was the best decision I ever made in my life. Be strong! You are doing the right thing!!

Your name is mommy to 4, yet you have one at home, and are pregnant?

You also cannot be 20 wks. pregnant and have a 4-month old child at home.

They also will not tie your tubes while you are pregnant, they only do it after you deliver.

i proubly would have thrown myself on the ground and threw a fit just kidding .seriously though i would have been wondering how to tell my husband but it sounds like everything went well its kinda great that you had two older children that get to grow up together and two younger ones that get to grow up together.
