Try local "pawn" shops. Lots of film cameras are winding up there as people go digital and most can't afford the high dollar cameras that can use such a lens, so they just buy the lower end view finder type with a built in zoom lens.

No such animal. I own a 20D and I've looked. Don't end up going cheap, you'll wind up regretting it. Look for good deals from reputable businesses and retailers so that you and your images don't suffer.
