how to tell my nephew about sex? he walked in the room when me and my boy friend were having sex. what should i say or do ?

First it depends on his age, and second you need to do it with his parents there. Which will be hard because I am sure you brother or sister, his parents, will be kind of freaked out about the whole thing, but you have to have them involved.

Usually, by the time they are 8 or 9 they already have a pretty good idea of what you were doing.
Younger, then they will be happy with you just telling them that your boyfriend stole your shirt and you were trying to get it back!!

Talking to children about sex is never an easy thing to do but depending on how old he is, it's best to be frank about it and make sure to use the correct terminology. If he has any questions about sex, answer them. There are also some really great books out there on how to go about it.

tell his mom. its her responsibility, not yours. next time lock the door or better yet dont have sex while a little kid is in the house.

how old is he?
if he is 6 or older tell him that it's what adults do when they love each other
if he tells his parents, they wont be able to understand him

Let his parents do it. Tell them what happened and let them do it. They know what's best for their child.
