Exercise is a proven way to decrease stress. Massage therapy is a good medicine. Yoga, pilates and other relaxation techniques can also be applied. Most importantly, getting plenty of sleep at night will help your stress. Some people like to do meditation/breathing techniques where you slowly inhale, hold your breath for 4 seconds, and then slowly exhale. While doing so, you should focus on breathing in the good and exhaling out the bad.

PS Also punching the water with water weights can do a lot to get rid of stress! LOL

Smoking cigars, listening to classical music, and listening to the Alan Colmes Show. All I really need is something to distract me from whatever I am stressful about.

Take a walk, exercise, read, watch a movie, sleep. And my personal favorite, I shop. That really takes the edge off, then i can go to sleep from a long day of shopping.
