a jog, a good workout. sleep. and if possible, something of a passion filled body talk, with someone.. of course a woman.
wasnt that honest enough? or maybe too much, but friends are friends.
and a good shiatsu massage helps, cheap here too. 10$ only.

Exercise is a proven way to decrease stress. Massage therapy is a good medicine. Yoga, pilates and other relaxation techniques can also be applied. Most importantly, getting plenty of sleep at night will help your stress. Some people like to do meditation/breathing techniques where you slowly inhale, hold your breath for 4 seconds, and then slowly exhale. While doing so, you should focus on breathing in the good and exhaling out the bad.

I do yoqua (water yoga) and ai chi (water tai chi) along with meditation. Deep breathing calms the body and helps the spirit revive. Namaste'
PS Also punching the water with water weights can do a lot to get rid of stress! LOL

Smoking cigars, listening to classical music, and listening to the Alan Colmes Show. All I really need is something to distract me from whatever I am stressful about.

Take a walk, exercise, read, watch a movie, sleep. And my personal favorite, I shop. That really takes the edge off, then i can go to sleep from a long day of shopping.
