At five months of age your Chihuahua should be at least 3/4 of her adult weight.
She weighs 5 and 1/2 lb now (2.63kg)
She should mature in the upper 6 lb range (2.9 to 3.1kg)
If will also depend on if she is a hearty eater, or if she is picky.

Well, has she been fixed. If so, then she probably won't grow much bigger.. If not, I would say add on 1 pound.

Dog don't usually grow any taller after 6 months so they can only grow out...

I'm not exactly to sure, I av a black & white Chihuahua, She's 3 years old.... she's just chubby.
