how do you make taggies?

I never heard of them before. So I googled. My daughter loved to flick the tags on her stuffed animals, kept her busy for a long time. How cool is it that it's a marketable item?!

It can't be that difficult, 2 squares of quilt or fleece, wide ribbon pieces for tags, you'd want to do the entire sewing thing w/ it being inside out and then invert it and hand sew the last bit.
