I have been seeing this girl about 6 weeks ( long enuff to know it could be something good) just reciently her x ran off with her kids. So now understadably her life is up in the air. and now so are we. she talks of moving away when she gets her kids back. Its like one day we are on and the next we are off. I dont want to be an *** and leave her when she needs me the most, but I dont want to get hurt .

I understand how she feels. My children were taken from me and now I'm fighting to get them back. My advise to you is to talk with her. Tell her your concerns. Show her your support. Ask her what she would really like to happen. Does she really want to run away once she finds her children? If you really care for her and want to protect yourself be sure to lay everything out on the table and remember nothing is set in stone until it happens.

In all fairness she cannot expect you to hover while she figures her life out... give her space. The best thing to do is let her breathe, but let her know you're here if she needs you and then do your thing. If she is really into you, she will call.... if she isn't you'll know and then count your blessings for not being involved in a messy situation. P.s. Do you really want to get involved in this whole scenario?? You may want to consider the time and dedication that will come with this... especially after just 6 weeks of being together. I am a firm believer in what is meant to be will be... and sometimes that means eventually and not right now. Good Luck!

I think you need to give her time. Understandably, her kids are going to be the most important things in her life. After everything has calmed down, talk to her and try to find out where she wants to go with the relationship.

Tell her how you feel. It she wants to be with you when she gets her kids back-try to stay with her & be there when she needs you. Do whatever u think is the right thing to do.

She's just undergone a BIG life change.
Give her time; and, in the meantime, enjoy the time you're with her. Don't agonize over the time you stand to lose.

try something like you don't want to cause any more drama in her life right now but be sure to offer her your shoulder! she probably will never use it but when life throws you a curve ball it helps to hear it...
