Well first of all start talking to him and flirt around with him a bit. Give him a chance to kno you maybe hes a little shy around you cause he really likes. Give it a couple days or a week of talking to him more than if ur feelings are still the same ask the guy out.You should like your a teenager and I Am To soo trust me on this advice.
