He has been throwing up alot but alot more dry heaving, no diarrhea no lose stools or bloody stools, how can i get it out if it is something lodge, ANY HOME REMEDIES>>??

Well, he might have kennel cough which sounds like a coughing/dry heaving noise. You should contact your vet but in most cases it will go away naturally. You can give the puppy robustin dm(DM ONLY) just a tiny bit though! That will help with the cough.
This is coming from a person who has dealt with it.. It lasts about 3 weeks

You need to take your puppy to the vet ASAP= that is not a good sign- there is no home remedy. Call the nearest Vet ER clinic.

The only safe thing you can possibily do is call a vet, because it may have swolled a sand spur, and those are very sharp! there like a little round thorn and really painful.!

He needs to be taken to a vet right away. If he is vomiting he will become dehydrated. You must not worry about him to much.

You might try some fresh white bread that is very soft. See if the puppy will swallow that or try some mineral oil.
