The killing is to prove to how far they are willing to go in this battle to prove their point. Their point?

1. They don't want american soldiers on their territory
2. They want Sadamn Hussein Back ( So they can get their asses beat up and deprived of freedom. Like hell they don't even want it. )
3. They don't want anyone controlling them unless the person in control is barbaric and cruel.

My best friend -- Pfc. Thomas who was found brutally murdered by a local insurgent militia -- that is how far they are going to go. To use a corpse of a SOLDIER in such way...to prove their point. If you ask me -- I spent 3 years in Iraq and Afghanistan -- we are dying for no cause...and as much as I hate to say it because I have lost so many buddies and friends to this damn war...This is a war fought FOR old men BY young men. They don't behead a brother to make a point. They take it out on American Soldiers and their own people to show how cruel and inhumane they can be.

Because the ragheads have no concern with the life they are living on earth at the present time. they feel that if they kill anyperson, in the name of allah, they will receive seventy virgins in heaven. Personally, it just goes to show that not only will they kill their brothers by beheading them, they are also sex craved deviants who
will behead their brothers to get virgins. I have never heard that they are virgin girls, I would bet "not" ! Why don't they get rewarded for making their current life more pleasurable for themselves and others, just like a lot of other religions do? They are heathens, and just one eveolutionary cycle beyond the cave man. they will get what they are craving sooner or later.

i think his question is on a "different" level...the one you get to..after a battle when the waste that war is strikes you so profoundly. Where you think..we are all human beings can't something as simple as live and let live ever be? It's a valid question and we must never forget to ask it, but then the reality of an evil such as the one you speak of hits you full force and you realize that there are some with whom you can never make peace..you can only defeat him so certainly that at least for awhile he dares not challenge you again.

FEAR
the terrorists wish to rule out of fear.
Look at the circumstances leading the Spain's removal in Iraq.
One week before was the general election. The incumbent refused to remove them. Al-Quada said there would be an attack if they were not removed, getting people to think of voting the other party.
BOOM! Over 200 dead in the subways, people are scared for another attack and overwhelmingly vote the incumbent out of office. The new presidente immediately removes their military.

FEAR. This supposedly sends fears to those that oppose them.
You can't negotiate with fear bred terrorists.

I have no idea. No matter how many wars we loose....the politicians seem to think we have a win in us. This one is going especially bad.We are in worse shape now after "They have brought it on". osa is still alive and in control and we have no way of identifying our enemy combatants. I hate to say this but it looks like Viet Nam again. Maybe the next president can do something. God I hope it isn't Hillary. Colin Powell would do something but Bush had him lie to the UN and he has lost respect. We will see come 2008.
