I can not see it, and therefore can not analyze your swing, but there are a few things you can do to change from a fade to a straight shot / draw:

1) Move the ball forward in your stance.
2) Finish your swing over your shoulder rather than out front.
3) Angle your swing plane by taking your club back behind your shoulders.
4) And for an extreme, turn your wrists over to impart a hook.

Check your stance and swing path. Draw a couple lines on the ground to help you out. Make sure everything is lined up correctly.

If you have a natural fade, don't fight it. Use your fade by adjusting your aim.
