What in the hell is a "bi-poliar"?

Do you mean "bipolar disorder"? The spell check button is just above the box you type in, and it really only takes a few seconds to click it. I'd recommend you use it next time you post a question.

Fortunately, I don't suffer from Bi-Polar syndrome. Hint you might want to hit the Check Spelling button before you submit your question so that you don't come across as a total pratt.

very stable lately... and stable is a good thing for sure :)
nothing wrong with feeling normal after having soo many times when the entire world was upside down and spinning backwards.. or having times hiding in a cave knowing that danger lurked everywhere outside.. or not having the energy or motivation to lift a finger to type with :)

I used to be manic depressive, I guess its the same as bipolar. You should really eat some wraps, they are the best, or start with salads!
