You could approach it from the view point of how people misinterpret body language. Once you give the examples of body language you can then explain how someone could interpret folded arms as someone who is supposedly protecting themselves or is being unapproachable. When maybe their arms are folded because of something totally different. Or how a look with the eyes could mean one thing to me and something different to you.
Then the presentation can end with how, ad least i always heard that, 90% of communication is body language, a language that can be easily misinterpreted.

how about this....
body language is universal. an experiment conducted some time ago took some pictures of people's facial expressions and body language to all corners of the globe, to show the most "uncivilized" people they could find anywhere. some of them had never seen a picture before. but they all reacted in much the same way to the body language in the pictures.
also, the fastest response is to signals of danger or threat.

Talk about how it helps to know body language clues in a social situation, to tell if someone is interested in you, in a job interview, when giving a sales pitch, ad infinite nausium.

When a girl plays with her hair,
When a girl touches her leg to a guy's.
When she has an obviously disgusted look on her face.
When she smiles and laughs at all his jokes.
When she touches his arm.

Girls are more obvious about bodylanguage than males are, mainly because, men tend to be more blunt. Women tend to be the fleeting doe-flirty types. :p

Body language tells alot about a person. How they sit, walk, facial expressions. People who slouch alot could possibly mean they are bored or tired. How they walk can tell if they are busy, or just taking a stroll. Facial expressions can tell you if they are tired, bored, uninterested, etc....
