Parvo is not transferrable between species. Your dog can only give it to other dogs, nothing else.
(You should probably call your doctor, though, to find out what you do have and how to treat it. I hope you feel better.)

Yuck! Whatever you have, it's pretty clear you are very sick!
You should talk to a doctor, if you can.
But if not- many years ago I had symptoms very like yours. I couldn't eat or drink without it coming up and out- simultaneously, practically. I was in pretty serious danger of dehydration. What I did to get ANYTHING in me at all that I wouldn't promptly lose is take 2 spoons of crushed ice and Coke, 5 minutes apart. Any more than that and the purpose would be defeated.
Feel better!

No parvo, but it sounds like you have a viral infection. Plenty of fluids, Tylenol, and Imodium if diarrhea becomes severe.Get better soon.

No, you can't catch puppy parvo from your dog. You probably have a viral gastroenteritis. Take some Pepto-Bismol.

Only dogs get Parvo.
There are a couple of species of worms you could get though. If the symptoms continue, for a few more days, see a doctor.

usually dog illnesses don't transfer to humans. you may need to see your doctor if you don't feel any better with in the next day or two. don't wait too long and end up in the hospital.
