Then he asked for more money, giving me the reason that customs from Canada was an extra $200. Now he wont return my emails. I looked up his address, fake-postal code fake!! How can you warn others that his ads are a scam?

Buying a pet online is like agreeing to marry someone without ever meeting them. Its a lifetime commitment. If you can't see where the dog came from (ie home, shelter, kennel, etc), Don't do it. You walked right into it.

I know it's difficult to believe that someone would lie to you, but unless you can triple check everything someone online tells you, you better be aware that you can get scammed. I have adopted a pup to someone via internet, but she also had my address and phone,we spoke several times before I collected money and I had her send via paypal not western union. I don't know if that makes a difference. Main thing, you can expose him, but he'll change his info and do it again. Reputable breeders don't usually sell pets this way anyway. By the way, even though I am happily married 9 years thanks to internet, I think everyone should exercise some caution with internet practices.

you just did warn others....

but seriously...use common sense!!!
NEVER buy a dog from someone posting an ad on-line, unless you go to the address listed and see for yourself that they are infact the dog owners.
and what IF they had a dog, and you did get the dog....what if this dog came from a puppymill! a horrible place that breeds dogs 24/7 365.
nasty places...thats where pet shops get there pups, and those ppl in the walmart parking lot, or adds in the paper...but they dont have the parents..when or if you ask to see them.

want a nice dog...go to a rescue group, research on-line. just type in the breed you like with the word rescue after it...lots of resuce groups dedicate themselves to saving unwanted, or abused and abandoned purebreeds.
or try the local SPCA, or humane society. lots of dogs there, and no one will scam you!!!!
sorry this happened to you.

That's a large amount of money. I'd hire a lawyer, and contact the folks at Yahoo so they know to disable his account for fraud.
