Yes. He could be arrested for statutory rape even if it was consensual. But even if he doesn't get arrested, it is still wrong.

Not only is it wrong, it's illegal. If your parents ever found out, i don't think they would like you going out with someone that old. It could be taken to court as carnal knowledge and he could go to jail. So before you take things any further, think about all the possibilities of what could happen. You might think that you like him, but the age gap is too great, he will be thinking about having kids with someone soon, and you haven't even finished school. It would never work for long. Try and find someone your own age to spend your time with. Plus, why bother to go out with someone if it has to be a secret?
