i was just wondering.. is it medically proven?

Truthfully, i believe yes. My boss was well-off and happy then her partner died. She died a week later.
And if all else fails look at elderly couples. That happens a lot.

Well demonspawn (luv the name) what has been seen time and time again are older couples who have been married for most of their lives, lose their partner and shortly thereafter die themselves because they have lost the will to live. Is that heartache? you be the judge.

its not been medically proven,, but i believe a person can grieve there self to death...over a lost love or loss of a child .. something drastic like that.

Well not medically, but heartaches usually leads to major depression, then thoughts about suicide may possibly occur. But everybody is different how they handle depression.

Please talk to someone about your feelings, someone who may be able to help.

Yes...It took my mom 10 years. She never got over losing my dad.

I beleive it can because your body can go into shock which causes your blood pressure to go down.

Yes if you dont catch it.. but alot of the time they call us (EMS) and we can give you drugs to relax the heart...
