I used to work at a pizza shop and we had to toss the dough. If the dough fell on the floor we had a '3 second rule' unless it took more time to pick it up, then it was whatever we needed it to be. Also, I have a relative that used to work at a fast food burger joint. If people were rude when ordering they used to serve up what they used to call 'hockey burgers' which were burgers scooted across the floor before they were warmed up for serving. I also heard that mice get in and eat the buns and when that happens, they rip off that portion of the bun and still serve it--don't know if this one is true or not, but I know I'm never rude to people handling my food!

I've never heard anything too bad from a fast food place. But I once worked at a decent sit in restaurant and I saw a girl who was my boyfriend at the time's ex girlfriend. She had cheated on him several times when she went to college and hurt him really bad. So when her server wasn't looking and her drink was almost empty i brought her a new one featuring my saliva and took her old one away. She drank it right up.
