Because they are tricked by other fools that look for love in the wrong places and dont no what love is therefore it leads to a "Foolish Love"

I don't think that fools fall in love per say. I just think that our heart thinks before our head. In most cases when that happens we get out heart broken, for some people it takes more than one time to realize that, and then for others it only takes once and they learn from it, I just got out of a relationship and he broke my heart, so i think that next time I am going to keep an eye out. Just a word of advice if your hearts been broken, "Love as if you haven't been hurt before"
