she is like my best friend, my 2nd mum, my sister, everything.

she passed away a few days ago, but she would of wanted me celebrating her etc!ideas?

I would plant a beautiful flowering shrub,or rose bush.That would be somewhere nice to sit and remember her.

It's goo that you want to celebrate your step mum. You did not say how old you were. So, here are some suggestions:
Help out around the house. Clean up and do your chores without being asked. If you have brothers and sisters, try to get along without fighting.
Make dinner for her once in a while and clean up afterwards. If you are handy in the kitchen, maybe make some sweet treats like brownies,cookies or cup cakes.
If you are a little older, maybe make a scrapbook with photos and momentos of your life together.
Write her a nice letter telling her how you feel. When she is having a bad day, she can go back and read your letter and that will lift her spirits.

The collage idea is a good one. Or put together a photo album and get family and friends to sign it with best wishes...sort of a yearbook for an adult.

Write to her friends and relatives. Enclose a note card and self addressed stamped envelope and ask them to write something nice about her or a special funny memory. Then present them to her in an album with pictures.
