Minimize the damage by talking to them. Assure them the language is because of something wrong with the sender, not with them. That they are not the cause, and they did nothing to earn the abuse.
Then show them that they can do something about it by helping to change the person. Begin by praying for that person and asking for God to heal the hurts that would make them abusive and obscene. And so that others will not be harmed by the abuser.
Then, block the sender so that they can receive no further e-mails from the sender. Take any other actions (report them, call police, etc.) as is appropriate.
