First make eye contact-let her know you are looking. Second just grow some balls and find an excuse to go interact with her. If she flirts back to you, ask her to a movie/dinner, if not...you tried.

1) wear nice cologne (not too strong) 2) be confident 3) smile incessantly 4) compliment her 5) talk to her about everyday life
