American Airlines is the worst. They have the rudest attendants in the business....I had 4 flights with them over the past 7 years and they have been consistently rude and horrible...and I am a nice person . They also have the sloppiest appearance. If you fly for them ...I hope you are an improvement. But if you want a great airlines...fly for Quantas....they have the friendliest, professional staff. I would never fly American Airlines again...and my mother was an American Airlines stewardess 25 years ago and she says they have deteriorated.

i used to be a customs officer at heathrow
the most professional seemed to be sas, al italia, el al, brunei, royal jordanian. the british companies were complaining about conditions and bad management(remember virgin employ british midland staff and they were alwaysmoaning about conditions). the us companies use seniority so the trans-atlantic flights are staffed by senior attendants.
willing to discuss
