Alex is correct. The 'rr' only comes in the middle of a word and is always rolled. Any word that begins with a single r should roll the r like it begins with two.

I will add that a single r between two vowels with sound more like an English 'd', and not rolled, nor like an English 'r'.

Try the links below. There is a link on that page that says sound file that will help you to hear the difference.

not any word in spanish starts with 'rr'. Double 'r' is used in the middle of a word, between two vowels, if you want to use the strong sound of the letter. At the beginning of a word 'r' is always strong. Examples:

rayo (strong 'r')
ropero (strong 'r')

feRRocaRRil (strong 'rr')

caRa (soft 'r')

hmmm, I can't think of any that have the double R in the beginning. But I'm only in Spanish 3.
