Because they are nasty and ignorant.
There is nothing worse --than to take a ride in the country to enjoy the scenery and see where someone has thrown their fast food garbage.......ruining the beauty of the countryside.
The best thing to do is get their license plate number and then call the cops----people like that need to be sentenced to eight hours picking up trash on the side of the road !!!

Ignorance. They think just because everyone else does it's ok for them to. I used to live on a busy street and people would be sitting in their cars at the stoplight in front of my house and just open the doors and throw out their fast food packages or empty their ashtray or even toss dirty diapers, all while I was standing less than 10 feet away watching it happen. I got so fed up that when I saw it I would just walk over to their cars and say (angrily) "just give it to me. It's going to end up in my front yard anyway!" Needless to say, I shocked a few people by doing this but it never stopped.

Because they have not been stopped and given a ticket. They have not been fined yet for throwing trash out the window.

Because people are lazy. And some of them car more about their cars than the environment, so instead of keeping a bag in their car or waiting for a trash can, they pick the easy way out.

They would rather have a dirty and littered country than car...they are ALL pigs and litterbugs. This is rude and disrespectful. Can't you people wait to stop at a rest stop or gas station to put your litter in the trash can...I say put all the garbage on their front lawn and see how they like it!!!!!!!

Like most people they do not keep a small litter bag in their cars, vans etc.

So they can signal to me to write down their license plates so after I win the billion dollar lottery I can hire every gang member in the world to track them down and then ....well, you get my point.

cause they have never had to get their butts out there and pick it up. if they ever get caught i gaurrantee they wont do that twice.
