It is Japanese. My computer does not have the ability to write it in Japanese script. I have seen it here but I don't have it.

Literally, "`if you talk to yourself, what do you say?" . Bad Japanese sentence.

Hitorigoto means "talking to oneself" not "one language".

It's Japanese, but very difficult to try to translate with the proper orthography & spelling; and there shouldn't be a question mark.
I could mean something like
If one person speaks five words/languages, how many are spoken? or
If you speak to a single person, what would you say?

Any chance you can show it in its original language, rather than an English version of the words?

Or perhaps the context where you found the phrase?

well so far i know if that's Japanese that's is a question ,,, cause in the end is KA , but that's all i can say about it

Put it through Babelfish. Although it will probably tell you it says you "have no teeth", as it does whenever I try it.
