Jesus was never angry at sinners. He never judged them. He befriended them, and got to know them(most of them). Although he did say that no one in this world is good, he never made it personal. He always told them to go and stop living in sin AFTER he showed them compassion. By telling someone they are going to hell for whatever reason, you are judging them. That is not your place.

He said the greatest commandment is love.

Luke 6:37"Do not jusge and you will not be judged. Do not condemne and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be forgiven.(38)Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into your lap. For the measure you use, it will be measured to you."

Matthew 25:41"Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.(42)For when I was hungry you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,

Did Jesus ever confront anyone about homosexuality? No. The only time it is mentioned in the New Testament is when Paul said in Romans that mankind refused to know God, so he gave them over to shameful lusts and homosexuality and when he is telling Christians to persist in abstaining from sin.

Though it is a sin to practice homosexuality according to our Bible, Jesus never confronted a single homosexual person and told them they were wicked. He stayed away from that issue. There was no need to be specific, as everyone has more than one sin. My point is, you don't need to tell someone they are going to hell. Let them know after they come to a point where they are interested in knowing Christ that they must stop (as best as they can) commiting homosexual acts.

But many Christians would condemn a homosexual just because of who they are, and then turn around and have an affair.

Let's not forget the sinners that Jesus DID get angry with - the self righteous.

Jesus not only told the Scribes, Pharisees, and Sadducees that they were going to hell, He also called them 'vipers' and 'whitewashed tombs'.

Jesus clearly demonstrated in His ministry that the message of God's love and mercy is the most important message. However, there is also a right time to preach hellfire and brimstone. I have shared the love of Christ with a few hundred people in my life, and by the leading of the Spirit, the wrath of God with 4. The vast majority of the former responded positively, but of the 4 the Lord gained 100%.

I guess the point is, you should pay attention to Jesus example, and only share the messages He tells you to share!

Oh, and for the record, none of the 4 were in the sin of homosexuality.

His first ministry words were " Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand!" Jesus doesn't want any one in hell that is why He did what He did. I have told this story before on here i will tell it again it kinda gets the point across as to why we say what we say sometimes:
A man was driving down the road when a rock smashes the side of his car pulling over finds a frantic kid standing waving his arms. He yells at the kid angrily HEY! WHY DID YOU THROW A ROCK AT MY CAR! LOOK AT THE DAMAGE YOU DID! The kid with desperation in his eyes says I am sorry sir but the bridge is out and 5 cars passed me already and went over! I had to get your attention to save your life! The man seeing what what done thanked the boy for his life despite the damage to his car.

Christians have no choice but to spread the Gospel it is a mandate, we do not want to see any lost at any cost, if I have to be rude to wake some one up so be it.

God is real... Jesus is Truth ...Judgment is Eminent....
I have a rock I will use it to save your life... Messenger

True.

However we need to remember that Christians are sinners too, and will continue to make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes.

Plus I mean it is hard when you are so passionate about something.

But yes Gods love is what will make the unbelieiver change, I know when I didn't believe that is what changed me, and then I grew up and stopped doing the things that were wrong.

It takes time to grow in Christ, and it takes time to testify what God has done in your life.

I think that is the best way, live your life for Christ, and others will notice there is something different about you!

God Loves YOU

No, it is not the way. Jesus showed us the way and it is Love, forgiveness, as you said above, He taught by example and never condemned anyone. This is what Christians are called to do, live their lives in imitation of Jesus. But one thing you must admit...Jesus never closed His eyes to sin either, and neither should we. We are called to love the sinner but condemn the sin. JUdgement belongs to God alone for each and every one of His Children.

Jesus died for our sins. We're all sinners. No one is perfect and the Christians judging will be the ones judged.......Like Julia,Who are you to tell homosexuals they are wrong? God will judge.Do you get angry if some one says the name ***--rs to you and that the color of your skin makes you less a person?LET GO AND LET GOD take care of it.

I don't think it right, but i say that if someone is saying bad things about God and his son Jesus it makes people mad and also people who say that they don't believe in God it is not right to say they are going to hell but a better way to say it is ,if you don't repent now will will not inherit everlasting life here on earth, and you will be sentence to Hades or Sheol a place where you will remain inactivity forever.ISA 38:18,19

I also says in The Book... that the wages of sin is death. The true death, not the end of the mortal body, is eternal seperation from God... That is truth. And that will be hell.

But mankind is free to make that choice. God dose not compel... and no one of the true Christian Faith will ever compel any one... no one has ever been compeled to become one and nefver will be. that is God's Word.

That's true -- but when you suggest to certain people (homosexuals, for instance) that what they are doing might be wrong, they get hostile and start calling you names.

It is not the way, nor is it the way of any Christians that I know. We're more apt to pray for them :) What I wish for everyone is peace within themselves, whatever belief system they may have. Of course, I think Christianity is the way, but I recognize that others feel differently.

Are you asking a question of all Christians, or are you judging all Christians. Which Christians are you talking to or about?

And no. I don't tell people they are wicked and going to hell.
