The answer really depends on what you're comfortable with and what you think looks nice on you. Big eyebrows worked very well for Brooke Shields. If you decide they need a little help:
I wonder if a Sally's Beauty Supply or some other store like that would have a special little razor type comb for a job like that. I do encourage you to keep your eyebrows, though. So many gals make the mistake of bald brows, or pencil thin fake ones above the brow bone. Ugh. Another thing to check on is some sort of gentle cream maybe. I'd ask the advice of a beauty supply clerk or cosmetician at a salon, if I couldn't find a product on my own. The comb seems like a more natural idea to me. Take care. Buttercup.

Ok, I totally have the same problem! I have 'bushman' eyebrows, they are a total pain in the butt. But as far as it goes, they are really hard to tame, and you want to look presentable. So, if you take an eyebrow brush, and brush the eyebrows upward towards your hairline, cut the hairs where they go over the eyebrow's natural arch, that makes them the perfect length, and really manageable. Otherwise, I just get my mom to use a comb, and she hooks some of the hairs and trims them with a pair of scissors, I find the first method much more reliable though. And if they become unruly, a little bit of gel helps keep them in place!

Mary, a girl, right. Using a tweezers, pluck the really, really long unruly ones and also pluck the ones in the area just above your nose, between your eyes (so you don't have a uni-brow) and pluck a few above your eyes but not above your eyebrows so you make an arch. Then wet them and start brushing them to train them into an arch. Brush them into place every day until they are trained. I like eye brows, not just little stripes going over your eyes so take it easy when you start the plucking. Once you start plucking, it will be a weekly grooming requirement. It smarts until you get used to it. You can buy special eye brow brushes and eyebrow patterns at places like Rite Aid. Or go to a salon and have them wax your eyebrows into a nice shape and then you can maintain it after. I bet there are sites on the web that can help.

Brush them straight up with an eyebrow brush. Any hairs which extend past the top of the brows should be trimmed.

I have that same problem. I get them waxed by a profesional. Hair stylists usually do that. They look nicer and attractive. NEVER TRIM WITH RAZOR. TRUST ME!!!
