I was on the train today and I saw a ad for a Jews for Jesus book or something. Is there anyone among you that are Jews for Jesus and if so, can you explain it? do you still follow the Sabbath and what not? God bless you all.

Here is a website that may answer your questions.
But I am Jewish and the term Jews for Jesus is a contradiction in terms,,,,,,Jews don't believe that Jesus is the savior, just that he is a man who is Jewish. We call them Christians.

I am a Jew who does not accept Jesus as the Messiah. Jews for Jesus is a group in which followers believe in the teachings of the Old Testament and not the new one. However, they consider Jesus the messiah. (The Old Testament makes many references to a messiah, but does not specify a name.) Basically, they are Jews who accept Jesus as the messiah. (The name kind of says it all.)
Personally, I would not consider them Jews at all. I think that they're Christians, but that's just my opinion.

Jew for Jesus!!--maybe the AD was refering to the followers of Christ who were jews at that time, but now the term to me seems like it's referring to followers of Christ. Following the sabbath in the United States would be hard because of work, school, and other activites that are done everyday. On my day off, i still attend church and recognise the sabbath as the day the lord wants us to rest from all stress and work.
Remember one thing, man wrote the bible, God inspired man. That's is why in the bible it tells you to read and understand for your own self growth.

Jews For Jesus means exactly what the name implies, they are Jews that believe, as you do, that Jesus Christ is The Son of God.
