My headaches seem to happen right after I eat. I'm with my father for vacation and I'm eating similar foods then I did at my mother's. My father says it could be form not eating consistantly. A friend says it could be food alergies. I have sinus pressure after i eat. i's very odd. I haven't been feeling well since I've been here but I'm also releasing a lot of stress right now.
I don't know if its a combination fo things or what.
Could it be alergies? I don't want food alergies.

Could be a lot of different things. Migraines are triggered by certain foods (and those sinus pains could be migraines, not sinuses...). The migraine triggers are cheesed, chocolate, caffeine, white sugar, garden shade vegetables (eggplant, tomato, pepper and potato), and other foods.
Stress is a known headache trigger too. If you're stressed your neck and shoulder muscles tense, and that causes the headache.
It could be food allergies (and you can develop new food allergies all the time).

In any case, if you've got the worse headache of your life, go to the doctor immediately.

Allergies can be treated by allergy pills, when eating enough it also can be not enough iron BUT for me it was my grinding of my teeth everynight, in fact during the day I was also grinding. I bought a night guard and that was the best money I have ever spent. I had gone to an ENT specialist and he said it right away, you have TMJ or teeth grinding and clenching. I wear it every night and notice it when I do not.........you wake up with headaches and feel like your whole face is sore, or sinus pressure. We all have allergies which stuff up the nose but we do not always have headaches and face and jaw pain. Try it.

It may be stress. If it was food allergies you would actually have different symptoms than a headache. I get headaches regularly from stress usually stress headaches occur about the same time everyday which it sounds like this is what is happening. Relax!!

It could be stress, food allergies, *or* not eating enough or consistently. Or you could be one of those people who is sensitive to weather changes, though that doesn't happen often- and the coincidence with eating shouldn't be ignored.

Try changing things with your diet- and keep a food diary so you will know what is triggering the headaches.

Good luck!

Food allergies are the cause of many migraine headaches. What are the environmental differences at your new home, could this be a factor? Jules, Australia.
