Registration will probably be about $40 - $80, it's all about the value of the vehicle. It also depends on the type of plate you get. If you get a charitable plate, add that to the cost.

Your plates will cost a dollar or two.

You will have to get an emission inspection (smog check) if you live in Washoe or Clark counties ( maybe others )

There will be no inspection sticker, just a smog check.

Welcome to Nevada.

I think its 10 percent of Blue Book rating if first time registration and Washoe and Clark counties both have smog checks. If you don't want to turn in your drivers license, you have to take the written and driving test.

Depends on what county you are living in, most of your rural areas don't have any regulations on emission control. should only cost you about 30 bucks if you live in the sticks.
