YOu need to lighten up...figure out what it is that makes you feel unworthy. Perhaps you got hurt really bad in the past and you have put up this front to avoid getting hurt again..
The problem with that is eventually you will have pushed so many people away and peopel will stop trying ..at that point not only will your sefl loathing become worse but it will be couple dwith lonliness...it is a viscious cycle.
YOu have to allow your self to feel....give some guys a chance...eventually you will find someone that makes you feel like a goddess!

You can't love someone until you love yourself first. Do me a favor and write down all your good traits: are you friendly?, a good friend, a good cook, generous, a good listener, hard working? Before long you'll have quite a list. Tell yourself every morning "I am a good person" Smile when you don't feel like it and soon you will feel like it. Keep a grateful journal: where you write 2-3 things every day you're grateful for: like the sun shining, or the good job you have. Whatever. Before long your way of thinking will change. You'll feel hopeful. Also volunteering your time to help others gives you a new perspective too. Every person on this planet matters. We're all different and all and offer wonderfully unique points of view. Take the time to learn about yourself. And in time you'll believe it when others show you affection.

Hey...whats going on? Why do you feel like you deserve no love? You deserve love no matter what. I really think you should go and talk to someone about this. Everyone deserves to be loved and cared for. Open your heart and take a chance. Even if it dosn't work out you'll be a better person in the end for trying new things.

I am experiencing that right now from my ex. She always questions my love based on the thought she dont deserve love. She has had a bad past life and always says she dont deserve me. I am too good for her. I try patience but sometimes that patience runs thin.

Remember, you do deserve to be loved!!! Everyone does. Sounds like you could use some counseling. Sounds like you have been hurt deeply in the past, and a therapist could help you uncover those feelings, find out where, where who and why, and help you deal with them.

Well, it depends on wat ur feeling. Do u feel ugly, unappreciated, like u did somtihing 2 somone that made u feel guilty and not want more relationships? If u feel ugly, don't be hard on ur self, we r all beatiful in our own way. If u feel unappreciated by guys, then all the guys u know r jerks, or used to know, open up, there might be someone knew out there! If u feel guilty, i'm sure it was an accident, if it wasn't forgive ur self it was in the past! I hope I helped! Good luck!

As long as you've never been a prostitute, then there isn't any reason you should not deserve to be loved. Chin up.
